MEGA Light 3 tipping semitrailers, made for transport of grains and other bulk goods, are designed and made according to the particular needs of the central-east European market users. The reinforcement of the chassis and the body, adding the quality of the parts used, satisfies the needs of the most demanding user and results in an optimal behavior of the vehicles, for a long period of time. TECHNICAL DATA:
Chassis: high quality tensile steel - STRENX 700, optimized for low center of gravity; chassis construction for coupling tractor with 2 or 3 axles.
Axles: 3 x SAF Intradisc CD, low maintenance, disc brakes (drums as option), premium KNORR iLvl pneumatic suspension, first axle automatic lifting (additional control from tractor's braking pedal), BLS sensor, standard tires dimension 385/65R22,5. 
Tipping: by front lifting, Hyva tipping cylinder, minimum pressure 200 bars (includes hose to connect the hydraulic kit). 
Electrical system: premium 24V Aspök, double electrical connection with the tractor (2x7 pins and 1x15 pins).
Lighting system: 2 x Europoint III (partial LED) multi-chamber units, LED marking lights, additional reverse LED light (Full LED pack as option).
Body: made completely of aluminum, front tilted wall, floor made of aluminum plates HB110, side walls special aluminum profiles, with reinforcement elements (continuous welding, wear plates welded on the side walls, towards the back; front wall / side walls steel structure reinforcement corners; 4 upper frame reinforcement chains, detachable), Hyfix system.
Rear doors: 2 symmetrical doors, with 2 small shutters for controlled unloading, KD Combi type (2-way opening, sideway to 270° and oscillating) aluminum doors frame.
Tarpaulin: high density (900 g/sqm), detachable support and longitudinal belt (to avoid water accumulation), aluminum side running bar, tensioning straps on the side wall.
Working platform: In front, screwed on the chassis, made of steel, hot-deep galvanized, height adjustment, safety chain.
Standard equipment: PVC toolbox, water tank with soap compartment, shovel and broom in support on the front wall, spare wheel, 2 x individual spare wheel carrier, (hot-deep galvanized, removable), wheel chocks, telescopic bar for operating tarpaulin belts, etc.
